We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable, making us feel right at home. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond, even allowing us an early check-in after a long drive. the location was perfect, with lovely walks down the Avon leading us straight into the heart of the city.
