We loved the excellent location of the hotel, as it was just a short walk to the city center and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us, especially Liz, who was outstanding. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with great amenities; we even appreciated that the linen was changed multiple times during our week-long stay. Plus, the covered parking for NZ$10 a day was a fantastic bonus.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Liz, who made our stay even more enjoyable. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a stylish decor that added to the ambiance, and the shower was just perfect, even being over the bath. Plus, the hotel was within walking distance of many attractions including the Casino and Town Hall, which made our outings a breeze.
