The cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities, especially the spa, offered a relaxing retreat after a busy day exploring. The location was perfect, with lots of sights nearby and easy access to street markets. The breakfast options were amazing and catered to various tastes. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond. They made me feel right at home, especially Lucy, who was exceptional.
