The location is fantastic, as it's right on K Road and just a short walk to Queen Street, making it easy to explore the myriad of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a small fridge and a heater, contributing to a cozy atmosphere. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and the shared facilities were well-maintained with lovely hot showers.

The location was fantastic, situated close to everything, and the staff, especially Lance, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

The location was perfect, with amazing cafes and restaurants just a stone's throw away, plus a nice lounge area for relaxing. I appreciated the comfortable beds and great hot water pressure, which made my experience even more enjoyable.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen was exceptionally clean and fully equipped, making it easy to cook our meals. The location is fantastic, right by K Rd and close to Queen Street. The outdoor area provided a nice space to relax, and the showers had great pressure with endless hot water.
