The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the pool area was a lovely bonus after a long day. I appreciated the convenient parking and the location, as it was just a short walk to Gramado's restaurant, which I highly recommend.

Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and serviced daily with fresh towels. The location was ideal, being close to numerous wineries and just a short drive to the town center, plus we loved relaxing on the outdoor chairs with a glass of wine.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Parking was easy, with plenty of space for our boat. The location was convenient, close to shops and an amazing restaurant—Gramado’s! The pool area was perfect for relaxing after our adventures.
