The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the well-maintained facilities, including a refreshing pool, added to our relaxing experience. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which made getting around the city a breeze, especially with our kitten in tow.

The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the staff's hospitality truly stood out; they even surprised us with muffins and hot cross buns! Plus, having a shuttle service was a huge bonus, and we appreciated the convenience of the pool area for our kids to enjoy.

I had a great stay at the hotel; it was clean and comfortable with a good shower that had excellent water pressure. The location was ideal, being just a short walk to shops and the mall, plus the parking was reasonable. I appreciated the 24-hour reception, making it easy to come and go as needed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our entire stay. The location was fantastic as everything we needed was just a short walk away, including shops and fantastic dining options. We also appreciated the lovely pool area and the presence of picnic tables and fruit plants, which made our days even more enjoyable.
