We had an amazing experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room made it incredibly comfortable after a long travel day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Phillipa, who efficiently managed our check-in process and ensured our needs were met throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner at the hotel's Japanese restaurant, which was a lifesaver since many local dining options were closed.

I was impressed by the hotel’s cleanliness; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to extend my stay in the same room, which made my visit seamless. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with excellent blackout curtains that helped create a peaceful atmosphere for sleeping. the on-site Japanese restaurant was fantastic and absolutely worth a visit.
