We had an amazing experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room made it incredibly comfortable after a long travel day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Phillipa, who efficiently managed our check-in process and ensured our needs were met throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner at the hotel's Japanese restaurant, which was a lifesaver since many local dining options were closed.
