We loved the location of the hotel. It was close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs had a nice atmosphere, and the meals were reasonably priced. The room had character and was clean.

We enjoyed the fantastic location. It was close to everything in the CBD. The lift to the first floor made it easy to carry our luggage. Despite the issues, the room was spacious and had potential.

The central location was perfect for exploring, with plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed the added convenience of parking and the charming Irish pub downstairs, making it easy to grab a drink after a long day.
