I loved the hotel's fantastic location, as it was just a short walk to the Performing Arts Centre and the Polynesian Hot Pools. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a delightful variety that catered to everyone's taste, and my upgraded room was quite comfortable, featuring a quality duvet and a cozy electric blanket.
