The hotel's location was perfect, as it was central to all the major shopping stores and just a short bus ride away from other attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the comfortable beds and pillows ensured a great night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was superb, and the large rooms with two queen beds were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the lovely restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals. The location was perfect, right in downtown and within walking distance of everything we needed, such as shopping and a variety of restaurants. The staff members were all friendly and helpful, from the concierge to the breakfast staff. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Awesome location with pretty much everything you can think of close by or just a short cab ride away. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the property was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and any requests a breeze. The parking was a pleasant surprise, with a 50% discount offered at the nearby garage. this hotel provided a convenient and enjoyable stay in the city.

The hotel had a great location, close to Millennium Park and surrounded by excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities. The room was fabulous, with a unique design and a mid-century feel. The staff were amazing and the hotel had a museum on the property. The bathroom was super clean, and the shower was fantastic. Plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable.
