The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of Old San Juan, close to everything. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with updated amenities. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, made with fresh ingredients from scratch. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location couldn't have been better, as we were super close to everything that Old San Juan has to offer. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop jacuzzi with its stunning views. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided each morning, which was a great start to our day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. They even carried my luggage to my room! The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to many exciting spots in the city and also near the cruise terminal. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast served was delicious, with fresh ingredients made from scratch. I couldn't have asked for a better staff, as they were friendly and accommodating.
