We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially with our kids. The location was perfect for our glacier walking and the nearby Diamond Beach, making our adventures so much easier. The restaurant served delicious food, and we enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection. Our family room was clean, comfortable, and had direct access outside, giving us a chance to spot the auroras.
