We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and we loved the fantastic traditional dinners and the buffet breakfast included in our stay. the location was perfect for early morning trips to the pier for ferries to Miyajima Island, and the free shuttle service from the station made transportation effortless.
