I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The ocean front room was absolutely wonderful, with stunning views and the sound of the waves. The location in the heart of Tulum was perfect, right on the beach. The breakfast was delicious and the best meal we had during our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel like valued guests.

The hotel had a great restaurant with delicious food and fresh ingredients. The staff was well-trained and enthusiastic, providing excellent service. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, including a big jar of drinking water changed daily. The hotel's design allowed for a constant flow of fresh air, eliminating the need for air conditioning during the day. The beachfront access was fantastic, with a lovely private area for hotel guests.

The location of this hotel is incredible, right by the most beautiful part of the beach in Tulum and close to many of the best restaurants in the area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my time here. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in the area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided each morning was delicious.
