I loved the location of the hotel, just a short walk from the vibrant Puerta del Sol. The staff were friendly and spoke English, making my stay more comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast at the nearby café was varied and delicious. I found it easy to explore the area, filled with shops and restaurants.
