The location was outstanding, just a short distance from Fifth Avenue, and we loved the well-maintained beach with plenty of loungers under the shade of palm trees. The food exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety in the buffet, and the entertainment team, including Edgar and Diego, made every day fun and engaging.

We loved the hotel's prime location, as it offered easy access to stunning beaches for leisurely walks in both directions. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and we appreciated their attentiveness, especially after leaving small tips.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. The beach was fantastic for lazy days, with plenty of shaded spots. The pools were well-maintained, and I appreciated the organized activities led by Alejandro, which kept the energy high. Breakfast was usually great, especially the chilaquiles and fresh juices.
