The staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and responsiveness, providing great recommendations for local dining and attractions. the valet service was a highlight, with Ben going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the nearby 16th St Mall and enjoy the free MallRide for transportation to various attractions.
