The staff was exceptionally friendly, always ready to help, and we appreciated the well-maintained hotel facilities, including the delightful hot tub and sauna that eased our tired muscles after a day on the slopes. the mini-kitchen in our room was a lovely touch, allowing us to prepare our breakfasts conveniently.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and cozy atmosphere, as it truly felt like a charming alpine retreat. The location was unbeatable, right next to the slopes, allowing us to easily enjoy skiing every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which made breakfast a breeze.

It was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the cozy charm of the suite. The location by the river was peaceful, and having a small balcony to relax was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help.
