I had a fantastic experience at the hotel; the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Vitor, who made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, with an Aerobus stop nearby, making transportation a cinch. The cleanliness was impressive, and both the showers and toilets were impeccably maintained. Plus, I made some great friends in my comfortable dorm!
