The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with our needs, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options and strong Balinese coffee. The room was spacious and immaculate, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our visit.
