Cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. The room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. Transportation was convenient with a metro station close by. The location was perfect for a mini break in this city, with several sights within walking distance.

Cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless accommodations that made me feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the fancy and spacious bathroom with a glazed box shower that added a touch of luxury to the room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and close to public transportation. It was easy to explore Quincy Market, shop on Washington St, and even visit Boston Common, all within a short walk from the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even surprised me with a glass of champagne in my room, which was a lovely gesture.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel, as it was situated right near Faneuil Hall and within walking distance to the tourist, shopping, and business district. Additionally, all four of the T lines were just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the various Boston districts. The hotel staff were also incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free.
