The location is ideal, being right next to a train station that offers easy access to all parts of the city. The staff was outstanding, especially Nathalie, who quickly resolved a billing issue, and Artur, who helped with our Thanksgiving dinner reservations. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall cleanliness of the property really stood out during our visit.

I loved the convenient location of the hotel, as being near the main station allowed me to easily access the tube and explore various spots around the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The spacious restaurant with its stunning domed ceiling made for a delightful dining experience.

the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless with great amenities. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from the metro, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. I also loved the daily wine hour – such a nice touch!

I loved the hotel's gorgeous blend of old and new design, which provided a glamorous atmosphere, and the location near Liverpool Station made it super convenient for my business meetings. The staff were incredibly friendly; Rohan at the check-in was especially attentive and even offered me a complimentary latte when I arrived early. The breakfast was one of the best Full Englishes I've had, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean.

The cleanliness was exceptional, with rooms and common areas impeccably maintained. We enjoyed the outstanding breakfast spread, which catered to various dietary needs, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially at the front desk where service felt personal.
