I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable, and the location couldn't be better, nestled right next to major subway and JR stations. The staff were friendly and professional, offering great assistance during my airport transfer issue, which I truly appreciated. the breakfast served was delicious, and my room was spacious with a lovely city view, making it a perfect retreat.
