We loved the location of the hotel, as it was right in front of the iconic lake and close to the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was incredible with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were exceptional, especially Ms. Nhung, Mr Ha, and Mr Hiep, who helped us with check-in issues for our domestic flight without hesitation.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was impressive, showcasing a variety of delicious options. Despite the minor inconvenience of the rooftop pool being closed, the hotel facilities were still enjoyable.

We loved the hotel’s prime location right opposite the lake, allowing us easy access to explore the vibrant surroundings. The breakfast spread was incredible, featuring both western and Asian delights, ensuring we started our days on a high note. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always greeting us with warm smiles and providing excellent service.
