I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all forms of transportation for exploring the surrounding areas. The hotel staff, including the management, were extremely helpful and friendly. I felt safe in the neighborhood, and there were shops nearby where I could get groceries and food. The room was spacious and had overall nice furnishings. The highlight for me was the jacuzzi tub, even though it wasn't fully functional. Additionally, the ample and free parking was a great convenience. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to the SAP Center, making it convenient for attending events. The hotel is located near the train station, making transportation around the city easy. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, with a good variety of food. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms. The hotel facilities were great, including a king size bed and a big tub. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the SAP Center. The staff, especially the front desk agent Lino, were kind and helpful. We also loved that it was at a reasonable price.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, the clean and comfortable rooms, and the convenient parking. The hotel's close proximity to downtown made it easy for us to explore the city and attend events at the nearby arena. Additionally, the hearty breakfast provided each morning was a great way to start our day.
