The staff was incredibly welcoming; they even greeted me in Cantonese upon arrival, which made me feel at home. The food was outstanding, especially the in-room dinner that felt like a feast fit for royalty. the cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and the onsen experience was simply fabulous.
