The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and their ability to communicate in English was incredibly helpful. The transportation service to the airport was super convenient, taking only about 20 minutes, and we enjoyed the abundant buffet breakfast that provided a fantastic start to our day.

I loved how convenient the hotel was with its free shuttle service to and from the airport, especially for my early flight. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any queries, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. I also appreciated the comfortable beds and a family mart nearby, perfect for grabbing snacks and souvenirs after a long day.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, as the toilets were pristine and the amenities in the room smelled fresh. The transportation was excellent, with a convenient shuttle service every half hour during the evening, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Pukar, who helped us with our bags. The onsen was a fantastic bonus for just $5, adding to our enjoyable stay!
