We were impressed with the cleanliness and attentive staff, as I've spent 14 years with Holiday Inn and Ramada Inn in guest services and recognize quality service when I see it. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the city center and near the Ars Electronica Center, made it incredibly convenient for exploring, while the delicious breakfast offered plenty of choice, from fresh eggs to a delightful selection of beverages.

The location was excellent, just a block from the river, with convenient streetcar access that was essential for our 80-year-old father.
