I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to downtown Aspen. Being next to the common area and on the lower level where breakfast was set-up made it convenient to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Alison at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even providing extra medical supplies for our injured dog. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a humidifier in the closet, which helped with the dry Colorado air.

The location, right by Main St, made it easy to explore the city and walk to everything downtown. The staff's level of service, especially Allison, was unmatched. Their personalized attention and assistance, such as giving me a ride to the airport and mailing me my forgotten items, made me feel truly taken care of.
