I had a seamless check-in experience, even though I arrived late. The staff immediately resolved a mix-up with my room. The 24-hour shuttle service and Starbucks opening at 5am were a bonus. The hotel's common areas were attractive and comfortable, and my room had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff went above and beyond by recognizing that my wife was on crutches and requesting a room closer to the elevator for us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond when I lost some cash at the front desk. They found it and returned it to me the next day, which I really appreciated. The diner within the hotel served amazing food and everything was very clean. And let's not forget about the comfortable beds!
