I had a seamless check-in experience, even though I arrived late. The staff immediately resolved a mix-up with my room. The 24-hour shuttle service and Starbucks opening at 5am were a bonus. The hotel's common areas were attractive and comfortable, and my room had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff went above and beyond by recognizing that my wife was on crutches and requesting a room closer to the elevator for us.

Close to the airport, I loved the convenience of being able to quickly get to and from my flight. The hotel also provided shuttle service, which made transportation a breeze. Additionally, the location was great as it was the first train stop on the way to the rental car center, saving me time and hassle. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant in the hotel served delicious food, especially the breakfast which was a highlight of my stay.

They made us feel welcome and eased the difficulty of being away from our family. The shuttle drivers went above and beyond, providing assistance with our bags. The hotel's location, close to the airport, was very convenient for us. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and upscale, and we enjoyed the convenience of dining at the on-site restaurant, which served a great breakfast.
