The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, and Go-Eun Baek’s assistance with our bus ticket reservation was invaluable, ensuring a seamless experience. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, making it easy to fuel up for a day of exploring nearby attractions like BIFF Square and the Lotte Department Store.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms. The location is fantastic, right on the shopping street with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. it’s close to the subway, making transportation easy and convenient. The breakfast was good, offering a typical Korean experience, which we enjoyed.
