We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel facilities were attractive and well laid-out. We had easy access to the 241 toll road, which made getting around quick and convenient. The location in a quiet area was wonderful, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the ample free parking was a plus.

Ayres Hotel & Spa Mission Viejo in Mission Viejo was a great choice for our stay. We enjoyed the peaceful location, with a beautiful lake view from our room window. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options, including scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage patties, bagels, yogurts. The staff, especially Greg at the front desk, was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was great. They even explained the slight confusion at check-in due to the two separate hotels on the property. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were top-notch. The only downside was that it wasn't obvious to find at first.
