The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, providing a comfortable sanctuary after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when I arrived early and was allowed to check in right away. the bar and restaurant offered delightful meals, making my dining experience relaxing and enjoyable.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was close to the SkyBus terminal and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Plus, the building itself is quite beautiful.

We loved the hotel’s fantastic location right opposite the Southern Cross Station, making transportation super easy with trams and the SkyBus just steps away. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the bar served great drinks. We really appreciated the Be Green incentive that allowed us to enjoy credits towards beverages, enhancing our overall experience. The room was comfortable and well-presented, adding to our enjoyable stay.
