We had a fantastic stay at this hotel.
The staff greeted us with smiles and a can-do attitude, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The cleanliness of the facility was top-notch, and everything was well maintained.
The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the Beau Rivage, Terrace Cafe, and other complimentary rooms at nearby hotels.
We were delighted to find that the quality of the food and services throughout the hotel exceeded the price we paid.
The staff at the front desk was very efficient and ensured that our check-in process was smooth.

We had a fantastic view from our room and it was very clean. The room service was really nice and the bed was super soft. We loved how peaceful and quiet the room was. The staff, especially the pool staff who took pictures for us, was really nice. The Cafe downstairs by the entrance was fabulous and we had dinner there both nights. The chef is top notch! The Christmas decorations were very nice and it was great to hear the employees saying Merry Christmas.

I had a fantastic stay here! The room was clean and roomy, with a large bathroom that had both a shower and bathtub. The beds were really comfortable, and the staff was incredibly nice and courteous. The hotel facilities were beautiful and well organized, and the location was great - close to a bus loop. I would definitely come back if the flight and free play options are as good or better.
