I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where the staff was genuinely attentive and accommodating, making me feel welcomed right from the start. The location was fantastic, just a minute from the lake and surrounded by vibrant attractions, which made exploring incredibly convenient. Breakfast was delightful, especially the freshly made pho and pancakes that were cooked to order. The spacious room offered a lovely view, and I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of storing our bags while we ventured out.
