I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as my fountain view room was immaculately clean and provided stunning views. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the gym and the snack bar, which had delicious options. the location is perfect for enjoying the fantastic Conservatory nearby, and the hospitality is truly commendable.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the action. Housekeeping was excellent and kept everything spotless. the staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. Dining options were fantastic, especially the Prime Steakhouse. I loved the convenient transportation options that made exploring easy.
