We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff who went above and beyond, even leaving us a box of chocolates for our inconvenience with the room situation. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, making everything easily accessible. Breakfast was delightful, and the atmosphere was welcoming and charming, which added to our overall experience.
