The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great travel tips and even chasing after me to offer more information—definitely a step above the norm! The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed a tasty breakfast with efficient service. Plus, plenty of great restaurants and onsens are nearby, which made exploring the area a delight.
