Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, breakfast, staff. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The facilities were top-notch, including the amazing messaging chair and the largest TV we've seen in any hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions via Lyft or Uber. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the staff were friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations.

The location was perfect for me as it was close to major attractions and right off the highways. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a great pool and hot tub. The breakfast, although served in a different area now, was still good with a variety of packaged options. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us as it was close to downtown but not in the midst of things, so parking was not a problem. We were able to attend two events downtown without paying the downtown cost. The hotel facilities were clean and quiet, which are two things we always look for wherever we stay. The staff behind the main counter were exceptional and made us feel very welcome. They had everything we needed, including a pool, hot tub, and a computer and printer for printing boarding passes. Tia, the front desk clerk, was amazing and addressed any issues with a smile. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Every staff member we encountered was excellent, super friendly, and very accommodating. They even gave my son a brand new toothbrush for free when he forgot his.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a different main course each day. There was also plenty of fruit and beverage options, making it a truly satisfying meal. The rooms have clearly been renovated since my last visit, and they now feel spacious and comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located, allowing me to easily reach shops and attractions in nearby areas such as Old Port, Freeport, Scarborough, and Old Orchard Beach.
