We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided exceptional service. The lobby was beautifully decorated, with big windows that offered a stunning view of the water and San Francisco in the distance. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the bay from the balcony. The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry, making it easy to explore the Embarcadero and downtown San Francisco. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We were also impressed with the free shuttle service and the heated swimming pool. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we definitely plan to stay here again.
