The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant. The convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

The location was perfect for our trip to the nearby safari, plus the hotel facilities—including the spa area with a steam sauna—were a fabulous way to unwind after a long day. Breakfast was also a highlight, with delicious options available.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious, clean, and had great facilities, including a fridge and tea/coffee options. The location was convenient for visiting Liverpool. The pool area was relaxing and perfect for unwinding.
