The staff, especially the front desk employees, were wonderful and very helpful. We had a great conversation with the guy who was in charge of putting out candy in the little store near the front desk. He gave us some great tips and locations for fishing nearby, which was perfect for my outdoorsy husband. The hotel had two pools, and it was a bonus that at least one of them was heated. The housekeeper was outstanding and did a fantastic job on our room. The location was convenient with easy access to many restaurants and attractions, as well as being close to I-90.

The staff was helpful and the location was easy to find. The hotel had a nice restaurant and bar. The ceramic floor and comfortable bedding were great. I also enjoyed the patio and the blackout curtains were a plus.

I had a fabulous stay at a hotel in this city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They always made time to assist me and engage in pleasant conversations. The front desk staff was particularly amazing, and the housekeeping team kept the rooms very clean. This hotel provided one of the best stays my family has had in a while. The location was great, making it easy to access various shopping and sightseeing spots across busy roadways. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful gazebo garden area that had cool slides, a pirate ship, and plastic animal sculptures.

I loved the spacious room, and the price was just right. The hotel facilities, especially the water park, were awesome. It was perfect for my kids to have fun and it didn't feel crowded. The cleanliness was top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was central to the national parks in the area.
