The location of this hotel was fantastic, right in Armory Square with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make a customer happy, even going as far as arranging for a local dry cleaner to open early and clean a wedding dress that had been ruined. The rooms were nicely appointed and stylish, and the staff were all extremely helpful and courteous.

The staff at the reception were helpful and cooperative. They made our check-in super easy and accommodated our room preferences. The entire hotel was very clean, including the rooms. The breakfast food and facilities were the best I've ever had in a hotel.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to Francesca's Cucina on N Salina street for dinner and the Landmark Theatre and many good restaurants. The staff at the hotel was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast included not only the typical continental items but also eggs and sausage, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding.
