We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, even offering us a complimentary upgrade upon our early arrival. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch, making our stay very comfortable. We loved the delicious breakfast options available, which catered to various dietary preferences, and the location was perfect for easy access to major attractions.

We loved the hotel's location, as it was right near the train station and just a short walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering us an upgrade upon check-in. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable bedding and tea-making facilities. Breakfast had plenty of variety, making it a great way to start our days in this vibrant city.
