I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to my day, and the hotel facilities, especially the pool and waterfront lounges, created a relaxing atmosphere. the location near the lake provided stunning views and a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.

The staff, especially Percy, Mariela, Nelson, and Shirley. The cleanliness was impressive, and the facilities like the beach with free kayaks and SUP boards were fantastic. Plus, the included breakfast was delicious and served with a smile!

The facilities were fantastic, offering free use of kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, and the pool area was a perfect place to unwind. The friendly staff were always ready to help, and I enjoyed the complimentary boat rides to a nearby town.

Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast featuring custom-made pancakes, fresh fruit juices, and a delightful fruit plate. The hotel also offered convenient transportation to and from Flores, which made our arrival and departure super easy. Not to mention, the cleanliness and comfort of our cabin made our experience truly relaxing.
