the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring, as it was just a short walk to major attractions and close to the tram line. The breakfast was delicious and made fresh, providing a great start to each day, and I appreciated the lovely room with ample space and great facilities.

I loved the hotel's location, as it was just outside the crowded tourist area, which made it easy to explore the museum quarter and nearby cafes. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering great local tips, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight.
