I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the location is superb, right in the heart of one of Switzerland's most charming towns, and just steps from the cathedral. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff was remarkably friendly and attentive, particularly Mr Suter, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I also enjoyed the delightful breakfast selection, which offered plenty of fresh options, and the restaurant served delicious dishes that added to the overall charm.
