I had a great experience at the hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to bus routes right outside and great nearby shops and restaurants. Plus, the parking felt secure, which was a huge relief.

I loved the location of the hotel, as it was very close to Fort Mason, Fisherman's Wharf, and Ghirardelli Square, making it easy to explore the area. The public transportation options right outside made getting around a breeze, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Indy at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Plus, free parking was a major bonus!
