The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I appreciated Mr Sameh at the reception who kindly upgraded my room free of charge. The location is fantastic, situated close to a major commercial mall, which made shopping convenient. While the breakfast options could have been richer, I appreciated the clean dining area and found the staff, especially Saeed from the restaurant, to be friendly and attentive.
