The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was impressive, and the room was spacious with a stunning view of the harbour. I appreciated the shuttle bus service to the CBD and the lovely breakfast served poolside. I would rate my experience a solid 8 out of 10.

The hotel staff, especially Richard, were remarkably friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing any requests we had, including a room upgrade with a lovely view. the location was great, allowing us to easily explore the area while being just a short walk from the city center.
